EVA-ish?

THIS... IS... WEVA!!!

Come, now. There are certainly going to be many things that differ from the original series. In fact, that's what most people are hoping for. I like the idea of flying Evangelions. Going in bold, new directions is what Tiggers do best.

Yeah, I guess. The flying MP Evas were awesome, too. I just hope Unit01, 00 and 02 don't grow wings .. that wouldn't be good.

I'm sure they can explain it via manipulating the AT Field. It's an anime, it doesn't have to make sense enough for it to be actually possible, just enough for you to buy it as a storytelling device. Or in other words, it has to be something you can just accept as part of the Evangelions. If you believe that eating an Angel will enable Unit 01 to essentially obtain a S2 engine from its victim, then it isn't so far fetched. NERV did obtain a couple corpses of the flying Angels and the Eva units are composed of similar materials. Point in case: if they want or need them to fly, the newer units will have the ability to do so.

Unit 01's had wings since the first episode's opening theme. Also, come to think of it... it was flying in EoE by itself before the Sephira were formed, wasn't it?

Eva-06 looks uber, and 02 appears to have two tiny horns above its upper eyes. 03 looks pretty much the same (Even the scary shot of it silhouetted against the sun).

Eva-06 looks like... Shredder. This means that the mecha will quickly lose any sense of menace it evokes and become a source of comedic relief instead.

Wow, if that is eva 04 exploding then they,ve made it on a much larger scale than in the series, where i believe the explosion was confined to the base in nevada.

is it me or does eva 05 have a horn like eva 01?from the light going across from just above what could be an eye to the right shoulder.
