On the one hand, this is probably the best Evangelion action figure EVER forged. On the other hand, its $80, and I'm not forking over that much for a figure. But you get what you pay for.

I mean....Eva-01 and Eva-02 obviously have tooth-filled organic mouths; but when they show sketch art in Groundwork of Eva of "what an unarmored Eva looks like" they kind of forget to draw on mouths.

I'm not asking about Eva-00 I'm asking about EVa-01. Concept art in Groundwork didn't bother to draw the naked Eva with a jaw.

I always put that down to artistic licence when drawing naked evas, seeing as after Sho is restrained post-munchies attack, she is essentially naked (barring a few bandages) and is shown scary grin and all. Maybe it's just something like 'evas with no mouths/mouths closed = ethereal/human-like; evas with mouths open - creepy and disturbing'...

Or maybe evas just don't have lips?

But from what I read, there are Sho, Ni and Zero versions that will be released/are released already.

And the prime symbol being used for the pimped out Soul of Chogokin figures:

The reviewer must not have watched the DC episodes or EoE to get the reference though...or maybe they just weren't paying attention.

That looks awesome though; it's like a hybrid of the Revoltech figures with the Soul of Chogokin ones. I might try to get the 3 Evas at some point, seeing as I don't have any of the actual Eva figures merchandise-wise.
