Aww, it cause of my bad adoptation =( But lol autotranslation is lol :lol:

I think you know that many phrases have remained without changes, especially in the beginning and necessary to use the original English script from last release of TV version or script by LTS =)

PS Please open new subs thread! let's discuss all there.
PPS Some informed people on this site still can do hightquality translation from Jap >_> Of course, the majority is waiting for DVD or ansub.

The deviation for two versions of camrips is 23.6 seconds. Upon completion it's esily to adjust timing in Subtilte Workshop.

First phrase at 0:00:25.65,0:00:28.82 and 0:00:49.25,0:00:52.42.

I'm 20 min in now.
For the translation, I'm using the butchered translation from the Russian by Joaquin, transcripts of the relevant episodes, what little bits of the official translation that we have (in the Pussan Camrips), and random notes and comments and such that have been made by various posters on the forum, while comparing it the actual Japanese track.
I'm tweeking the timing a little here and there, but I'm not completely overhauling it.
So far, some techno babble is being left unstranslated for a couple reasons. If anyone wants that translated, you are welcome to do that yourself, along with the timing.
I'm not really proofing it too well either. There are punctuation mistakes, and probably spelling mistakes as well. If someone wnats those fixed, well, I'm posting the actual subtitle file when I'm done, so do it your self.
Goddamn this is hard. I'm wicked suprised Speed sub groups get these things out as fast as they do. (I know, they have less checking and rechecking to do I'm sure.)
Anyway, I'm getting it done as fast as I can but remember, I have a life, and my computer is old and twitchy. It can only take so much of this.

what does "MKV" mean?

btw do we have better rips anywhere I've got a descent full-movie but its a bit dark: the Shamshel fight is great but some shots in the dark, at-night Sachiel and Ramiel fights are too hard for me to show to other people....

mkv is a container like avi... but better.. it can inclued softsubs and several audio tracks. better rips... I guess we'll have to wait till the dvd comes out

You goofed there, though. She says "Dai ni no Shito" or "Second Angel" for Lilith, not the First Angel!

Also- you couldn't have known this from the audio recording- Kwazzy-Eyed Rei turns up when Yui says "Ayanami...Rei".
